Recurring Cleaning in Astoria Heights, Queens

Recurring Cleaning for Astoria Heights Homes

The single-family houses on the Heights are homes that repay regular, careful attention. A weekly plan keeps a well-kept house exactly that way; bi-weekly holds it comfortably. Every visit is a full Standard Cleaning with the right product on every surface — pH-neutral on stone counters, neutral soap on hardwood, a squeegee on glass — and detail tasks rotated so moldings, blinds, radiator covers and fixtures are all covered across the month. We send two cleaners so the whole house is done in a single visit.

We keep detailed notes on each Heights home: which pieces not to touch, which rugs need which vacuum setting, how the household likes things left, where the good glassware lives. Every cleaner works from those notes and the same checklist, so the standard holds regardless of who comes. Our cleaners are trusted, vetted, punctual and quiet, and they put everything back precisely where it was.

You needn't be home — a key or lockbox is all we need. The rate is discounted by up to 20% per visit and locked in; there's no contract, and pausing while you're away or adding a visit before guests is a message away. A seasonal deep clean can be added at a plan rate. Anything short of the standard on any visit is re-cleaned free within 24 hours, and our office is a few minutes down the hill.

Pricing is a flat rate confirmed before we arrive — use the instant estimator for a range in seconds. For everything this service covers and how we approach it, see our Recurring Cleaning page, or read more about cleaning in Astoria Heights.
