About Spotless Home Cleaning Services of Queens, NY

Our Story

Spotless Home Cleaning Services of Queens, NY opened in 2014 on 31st Street in Astoria with a straightforward promise: a great cleaner, on time, at a flat rate that doesn't change on the day. This part of Queens is full of two- and three-family homes and third-floor walk-ups, so we decided early on that there'd be no stair surcharge and that a whole building could be quoted as a single job.

Every cleaner on the team is trusted and vetted, arrives with all supplies and equipment, and follows a room-by-room checklist so nothing gets missed. You don't need to be home — a key or lockbox is enough — and we schedule seven days a week including evenings.

7,500+ cleans and 10+ years later, most of our work is recurring clients and the neighbors they've sent us. If anything isn't right, tell us within 24 hours and we'll re-clean it free. That, and turning up when we said we would, is what a 5.0-star rating from 150+ households is built on.
