Move In / Move Out Cleaning in Old Astoria, Queens

Move In / Move Out Cleaning for Old Astoria Homes

For a tower apartment, that's the clean a landlord's or a buyer's walkthrough checks against: every cabinet and drawer inside and out; oven, fridge, freezer and dishwasher inside; stone counters cleaned with a pH-neutral product and dried; the glass shower and fixtures descaled; closets wiped; light fixtures, vents and switch plates cleaned; walls spot-cleaned; the inside face of every window squeegeed; floors detailed into the corners. For an old house it's the same thoroughness across every floor — with woodwork wiped with a neutral cleaner, old tile scrubbed with non-abrasives, original floors damp-mopped rather than soaked, and nothing abrasive near a period finish.

Moving in, that thoroughness means the home is genuinely clean before your belongings arrive: cabinets before the dishes, closets before the clothes, bathrooms before the first shower. For a departing tenant in a tower it's the deposit back; for a seller of an old house it's a walkthrough passed without comment.

We book to your dates — the day after the truck leaves, the morning before the walkthrough, the gap between keys and movers — including evenings and weekends at no premium, and nobody needs to be there. A one-bedroom takes three to four hours; a house gets two cleaners. The flat rate is confirmed before we arrive, and if anything's flagged within 24 hours we come back free.

Pricing is a flat rate confirmed before we arrive — use the instant estimator for a range in seconds. For everything this service covers and how we approach it, see our Move In / Move Out Cleaning page, or read more about cleaning in Old Astoria.
